A free diagnostic is done
, and based on this, an estimate is given before any work is started. You may then decide if you want to continue with your computer repair. For some straightforward projects, such as spyware or virus removal, we’ll charge you a flat fee, based on an average comparable job at our hourly rate. (This way, if your own computer takes a little more time to fix, you don’t have to worry about paying extra.) You choose between drop-off service and on-site support.

Our standard rate is $60 per hour.*

You are notified before any parts are bought. Parts are a separate charge — not included in our hourly rate. They are offered at cost with no markup. We order parts and software at the lowest current price available for the best quality. Therefore, both brand and price may vary with availability.

As a small business with flexible hours, we offer what we believe is unusually thorough and dedicated service — not to mention lower rates than comparable stores and tech support services. We hope that the difference shows. (Click here for a sample of customer reviews.)


* There is no extra charge for on-site calls, but travel time is billed at the job’s hourly rate. For small to medium business networks, we charge $70/hour. For emergency support (involving after-hours work), there is an additional $15/hour fee. Please note that all existing clients are grandfathered in at their existing rates until January 1st, 2015.

** While we’re happy to offer support with creating backup systems and data retrieval, you are responsible for your own data, including any losses that may occur during re-install. Don’t forget to back up!!!
